Free shipping on all orders over $95 with a flat rate of $7 for orders totaling under $95. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. This includes 1-3 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for shipping. In most cases, shipments are received much sooner. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Expedited shipping times are not guaranteed by Lake Roots Company. The estimated delivery time is based on information provided by the shipping carrier.


Lake Roots Company ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Lake Roots Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lake Roots Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund. A written return authorization from a Lake Roots Company representative is required.

At Lake Roots Company, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may contact us for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of the initial purchase date. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.

All products purchased through the Lake Roots Company website, not to include wholesale orders, carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, please follow these guidelines to receive a refund.

2. Provide feedback regarding your return.
3. Mail back product in question with your name and order number included.
4. Once we receive your product a refund will be given.

We cannot offer a refund on any products purchased from third party websites or retailers. If you purchased our product through a Lake Roots Company distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. These products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children. Please seek reimbursement from the appropriate shipping carrier if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipment.


It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time. Additionally, shipping estimates do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to pick and package your order) which can take between 1-3 business days depending on order volume and other factors.

Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1 to 3-day shipping service

Priority Mail Express is a 1 to 2-day expedited service

Lake Roots Company does not guarantee the shipment will make it in these time frames. We do not offer shipping refunds due to products not making it within the specified times. If a product is ordered on the weekend it will ship on the next business day.

We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing hemp extracts. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

If you purchased the wrong product we will offer a return or exchange once we receive the unopened bottle.

Per our refund policy, we require the return of any open or unopened product that is being refunded:

**The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. Lake Roots Company Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we may expedite your transaction. Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
